These terms govern your use of Woviq (“Woviq”, “we”, “us”), operated by Ahmad Faraz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Woviq captures meetings without sending a bot into the call, then generates transcripts, summaries, action items, and follow-up drafts. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use and consent to record
You may only record meetings you are permitted to record. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law from other participants. Do not use Woviq to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- On the web, paid plans are billed through Razorpay in Indian rupees (₹) on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- In our iOS app, subscriptions and minute top-ups are sold as Apple In-App Purchases: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled, and the price is shown in your local currency at the point of purchase.
- Cancel a web subscription any time from the dashboard. Cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). In both cases access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; web payments are handled per our refund practices.
- Plan limits (such as monthly summaries and a fair-use transcribed-minutes ceiling) are enforced as described on the pricing page.
Your content
You own your meeting data. You grant Woviq a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you (for example, transcription, summarization, and delivery of follow-ups). We do not sell it or use it to train models for other customers.
Our intellectual property
Woviq, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated transcripts and summaries can contain errors; please verify anything important before relying on it. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woviq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
